Eric Halverson has over 16 years’ experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory, corporate finance and consulting. In 2002, he founded Qualitas together with Iñigo Olaguibel. Eric Halverson led the acquisitions of Azuvi and Forte and at present is a member of the Board of Directors of the four QEP portfolio companies.
Before founding Qualitas, Mr Halverson worked as Investment Director at UBS Capital where he completed private equity investments valued at over €450M. In the Corporate Finance department of UBS Warburg, he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financing.
Mr. Halverson began his professional career at McKinsey & Company as an associate, consulting to mostly large banks in Spain and Scandinavia.
Mr. Halverson holds a degree in economics from Cornell University and master’s degrees from Harvard University and Cambridge University. |
