Sergio García has over 10 years experience in management consulting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions advisory in Europe and South America.
Before coming to QEP, Mr García was the Corporate Strategy Director of Uralita Group since the end of 2002. Sergio García took part in the reorganization of the Uralita Group and in the development of its strategic plan. He also led numerous M&A transactions valued at over €300M.
Previously, Mr García worked at McKinsey & Company in Madrid during 6 years in the Corporate Finance practice, where he advised major corporations on their acquisition strategies.
Sergio García holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. |
